Nicholas Kennedy

Nicholas Kennedy started his career as an equity sales trader at Instinet

in 1999 promoting electronic trading to large European Buy side

customers from Paris then London before joining a Swiss Private bank

and running the trading desk of their Paris office. Nick then moved into

commodities in 2005 when he joined Diapason Commodities

Management, co founded by Jim Rogers, in Lausanne then in

the UK where he helped open the London office. Following this

commodity hedge fund experience Nick then moved back into trading

and held senior brokerage roles in cocoa and soft commodities at ED&F

Man (MCA) and UBS in London. Nick joined NYSE Liffe’s Commodities

team in 2009 where he is based in Paris, and heads the sales and business development team.
