Karl Desmond is the Senior Product Manager of Columbia Threadneedle’s ETF suite, which includes strategic beta, thematic and actively managed funds. His responsibilities encompass both product management and new product development initiatives.
Before joining Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2016, Mr. Desmond was a Product Specialist at Emerging Global Advisors, the boutique manager of the EGShares suite of ETFs. Prior to that Mr. Desmond held various positions at F-Squared Investments which involved sales, marketing and product development of the firm’s ETF managed portfolios.
Mr. Desmond received a B.A. from Lafayette College with a degree in Economics / Business.
